It’s the first ever Liberty UMC Trunk-N-Treat!

While the United Women in Faith volunteers are working in the prize booth at the Liberty School Fall Carnival (and thank you all for volunteering) those who aren’t volunteering but want to join the fun can come on down to the church and participate in our first ever Trunk-n-Treat!

Don’t know what a Trunk-n-Treat is? You park your car, decorate as you desire and hand out some goodies. If you need some inspiration, check out 20 Thrifty Trunk or Treat Decorating Ideas – Happy Money Saver.

Not interested in decorating your car? Come on down and help pass out some goodies anyway, we’ll have the ‘lights on’ for you.

We’ll be inviting families stop and visit us from 5:30 PM until 7 PM or until the treats run out!

Anna’s 100 was a resounding success!

Blankets donated are already making their way to kids right in our area – Check it out here.

and Operation Christmas Child…

It’s that time of year … that time when things feel like they are speeding up for the holidays. Operation Christmas Child is underway at Liberty UMC! If you are interested in collecting items for a child somewhere in the world check-in with Linda Holt. She has boxes, labels for choosing a boy or girl and several items in Memorial Hall to get you started on your own gift of Christmas. Not sure you can pack a whole box on your own? Let us partner you with someone so you can join in the joy of giving!

Want to learn more or see some suggestions about what to pack? Jump to the webpage for Operation Christmas Child here.
